In our 3.5-hour seminar, our expert facilitators equip your team with a common language for productive conversations on divisive topics, fostering understanding and collaboration. Additionally, you'll receive comprehensive guides and materials for incorporating this training into new hire onboarding, ensuring continuity and depth in your organization's approach to equity and inclusion.

The Culture of Respect

Our flagship course, offers a comprehensive 25-hour journey, equipping learners with essential interpersonal skills and knowledge to navigate diverse situations confidently. Through meaningful allyship, it delves into various forms of societal oppression, including classism, sexism, ableism, religious oppression, heterosexism, racism, and ageism, drawing from both literature and personal encounters.

This immersive experience is tailored for decision-makers and change agents who seek a profound understanding of these critical topics, empowering them to lead others and tackle future challenges and reduce workplace biases effectively. We recommend enrolling 3-5 members of your organization to represent various departments to effectively embed our transformative philosophy within your organization's culture.
